As of July 31, 2020, it looks like a total of 16 buyers (that we know of) desire to live or own property in Fairfield, Alabama just based on the contingent, pending and sold homes as indicated in the MLS. NOTE: Total sales may not have yet been reported. Deadline for updating sales info into the MLS in on or around the 5th of each month.

Fairfield has a bright future. Its housing market has not suffered the way the people think. Even during the financial crisis that begin 2007-2008, sales remained relatively steady and currently showing signs that people are waking up even more to the gem that is is Fairfield, Alabama.
