As of July 31, 2020, it looks like a total of 16 buyers (that we know of) desire to live or own property in Fairfield, Alabama just based on the contingent, pending and sold homes as indicated in the MLS. NOTE: Total sales may not have yet been reported. Deadline for updating sales info into the MLS in on or around the 5th of each month.

Fairfield now as 6 new neighbors and if you live Fairfield be sure to reach out and give them a good old fashion welcome to the neighborhood.

Ten of the 16 buyers currently have sales contracts that are in pending or contingent status and hopefully all 10 will come to a succesful close during the month of August 2020.

Fairfield has a bright future. Its housing market has not suffered the way the people think. Even during the financial crisis that begin 2007-2008, sales remained relatively steady and currently showing signs that people are waking up even more to the gem that is is Fairfield, Alabama.
